I also wanna be there!!
But I'm planning to visit Europe again.
so still I'm not sure if it's possible...
17th and 18th of March --- not sure yet.
24th and 25th of March --- 24th OK. 25th, I have to go back early for my graduation ceremony in school.
I have a lisence for the car, but I have no car.
probably we can rent a car.

宿泊場所：ネオオリエンタルリゾート、八ヶ岳高原(山梨県 北赤梨市)
料金：8000円(宿泊代、施設利用費、ジム利用費、BBQ、Capoeiraレッスン、Roda、Dance Partyなど全て込み)
他の費用：食費や交通費は未定。
ミニバン等を借りる可能性アリ。車持ってたら教えてください！
持ち物：Capoeiraができる服装、靴。暖かい洋服・パジャマ
＆あれば：カメラ・ビデオ・三脚など
：ビリンバウ、パンディロ、アタバキ、カポエラの歌の本
ギター、その他諸々
追記：最低15人いればやります！でも、28人までで締切。
友達、家族、同僚誰でも歓迎、一緒にCapoeiraやりましょう！
また、このCampのため通常の土日クラスはお休みします。

Ola!
Mico booked the cottage with the help of Rina-san.
The capoeira camp will be on the 24th-25th of March (17th was already booked).
We will take the bus from Shinkuku leaving at 9am or 10am. The cost will be around 10,000yen + food & drinks.
I think that's really great value for an awesome capoeira camp, onsen, karaoke, and some unforgettable memories in Yamanashi.

the train is not bad if you go from Kichijoji or Mitaka.
from Kichijoji cost 4,130 yen for 1 way, and take 168min.
Please find that by yourselves!
The bus Cotonete found is so cheap and fast!
That also goes from Mitaka, which is cheaper & faster!
The only one problem is after took off in the bus stop.

OK, the race is on to find the best transport to the camp! HA HA!
I did a search on that site and found a way for 4,130yen but takes only 129minutes. If we leave from Kichijoji at 10am on March 24th.
Yes, Bambu is correct. We need to take a lot of stuff! Berimbaus, pandeiros, atabaque, etc etc.
Plus food and drinks! Food and drinks are heavy!
The Bus will be easier for us to take all our sutff. On the train we will have to change 3 times to get to Kobuchizawa.

As for the stuff we need to bring,
Kindly Amizade e-mailed me&cafune that he can bring his own instruments for us!
According to him,
3 Berimbaus, 2 Atabaque, 3 pandeiros, 1 agogo are available!! so many :o
He only miss hecoheco, but still that helps us a lot!!
How do you think, Cacapa? Let's talk about this today later!

Otherwise maybe the cheaper one Cotonete found is better. 40bucks for a 1.5hours bus ride is kind of expensive now that I tihnk about it.
Cafune suggested if we get Cotonete's 2.5hour bus we'll have lots of time to practice learning some new capoeira songs! And it's only 4880 round-trip.

so then, what's the total price breakdown for 2days 1night stay in the cottage including use of the BBQ area and mini-sports gym, plus return bus from Shinjuku (w/free shuttle) (not including food)?
oh, I forgot to ask, what time is check-in/out?
