In the meantime, I have completed all possible formalities for theorganization of CHAGS 10 during 10-14 December 2007. With the kindcooperation of all participating delegates, I hope, it would be grantedsuccess. The website for CHAGS-10 will function from 20^th February 2007 onwards.Kindly confirm your participation latest by 31^st March 2007 along withthe title of your paper. The last date of the submission of the abstractis 30^th April 2007 and full paper by 20^th November 2007. All theabstracts/papers are to be sent by email as an attachment directly tome. In case of difficulty in choosing a session, kindly send me theabstract without mentioning any session. The Scientific Committee alongwith Dr.Alan Barnard and Dr.Tim Ingold, it would be incorporated intothe appropriate session. Hence forward all your comments, suggestions and documents to this emailaddress which will act as an official email address for the conference.Once again I request you all to kindly cooperate by confirming yourparticipation and submitting the abstract by 30^th April 2007, so that Ishall apply to various international financing institutions forfinancial assistance. So far the registration fee is fixed to be 350pounds (or equivalent in dollars) per participant which includesaccommodation, food and site seeing programme. For the participants fromdeveloping countries and USSR, we propose to provide some financialassistance, but it will be finalized by July 2007 after the receipt ofthe financial assistance only.
