私のインストラクターが新しく初心者向けのクラスを始めました。

Learn the stunning aerial art of tissu (or "silks") this summer. You'll build strength, flexibility and confidence as you work with this gorgeous, powerful dance form. Sundays in July at Tin Can Studio.

Things to know:
• Wear tight-fitting clothing with pants going over the knee. No bare knee backs.
• No zippers, no velcro, no pokey bits/jewelry.
• Try to eat an hour before class. It's not good to be hungry, but you don't want a full stomach either.
• Bring water.
• Aerials hurt some. This class is sure to toughen you up! :)
