Yoga retreat

The changing of the seasons has always been an auspicious time of rebirth and renewal. Come enjoy an evening of relaxing Yoga, meditation, and chanting by Mellisa and Joe from our free Suday class. Unwind and recharge yourself.

Our retreat is taught in a secular format open to those of all beliefs. We will teach you to relax and balance your body through slow and purposeful stretching. Attune your mind, body, and spirit through chanting and increase your focus and awareness through meditation.


9am—10:30 Chanting and Meditation
10:30—11:00 Meal break (provided by Little Red Bistro)
11:00 - 1pm Yoga
1pm~ Open discussion or a soak in hot tub
