I own a healing food/medicine side effects research and junk food
research/education company, so this is my work and life passion related.
I'm healthy vegan since March 2010, and I stopped all junk food and
caffeine, for my work, my life and more. Food is my social responsibility
rather than just a free choice (unhealthy vegans eat junk food and
caffeine).

There is a food exhibition by Hokkaido companies at Access Sapporo. I'm
having an education corner for children about junk food with
games/toys/cooking instructions/advice. Entry is free, and you don't need
to buy anything.

Hope to see you there with your children, friends and cameras. We have some
amazing creations by Hokkaido artists at our MJ MAN IN THE MIRROR mobile art
center, which will be displayed at the venue.

For those of you who want to learn healthy cooking, you can learn with me as
I put photos of each meal I eat (hardly miss any) and volume I eat on
Facebook daily. I'm a food writer, researcher and journalist amongst other
things I do and I am always improving what I eat and how I shop. My recent
creation is BLACK OR WHITE vegan cannelloni which takes less than 3 minutes
to make and ingredients cost less than 300 yen/US$3, mostly organic. Photo

If anyone is interested in attending a Healthy Vegan Thanksgiving at a new
vegan restaurant round the corner from Tanuki Koji Sapporo, please let me
know. The
cost of attending is roughly 500yen (pumpkin pie)-2,000 yen
(curry/stuffing/traditional food vegan way etc and desert) depending on how
much you want to eat. Ingredients are mostly organic. The date will be
either Nov 24 or Nov 26 depending on if we have any requests from you. I
dine at that restaurant every Monday-it's delicious,
clean and healthy. Name is Cusina Ilnodo (sounds Italian but it's not),
South 2 West 7, open 5-10pm, closed Sundays, public holidays, 2nd and 4th
Saturdays.
