以下の要領にて11月のISM講座を開催します。今回は我々中小企業にとって永遠の課題であるキャッシュフローに直結する「節税」の話をチャータード・アカウンタントP&COのパートナーであるジョナサン・ピタヤヌクル氏を招いてお話をうかがいますので奮ってご参加下さい。リミテッドカンパニーとソロトレーダーの比較、配当あるいはサラリー、カンパニーカーvs．自家用車？といったよくある比較をベースに税金対策を考えたいと思います。また投資に対する節税効果についても触れたいと思います。なお今回のセミナーは英語で行われますのでご承知おきください。参加ご希望の方は返信にてご連絡お願い申し上げます。

1. Tax saving ideas for Business
i.e Limited Company vs. Sole Trader/Partnership, Dividend vs. Salaries, Company Car vs. Own Car, Business Expense and Employing Family Members.
2. Tax saving ideas for employee
i.e. Benefits to Employee Without Tax (Limited company).
3. Tax saving ideas in investment
i.e Tax free savings, Flat Rate State Pension, Overseas Pension, Capital gain tax, Non-UK domicile, Non residence, Offshore Saving Accounts
Speakers profile;
Jonathan spent primary school in Thailand, secondary school in Hong Kong and higher education in England. He is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant and earned a fellowship member of ICAEW. His career started in KPMG where he was involved with tax advice, audit & assurance. He also specialized in affairs of overseas companies and offshore transactions.
He founded P&Co Chartered Accountants in 1990 specializing in serving oriental market. He is expert in non-UK domicile tax matter for foreigners living and working in UK. His business has since expanded from London to Manchester, Leeds, Hong Kong and Bangkok.
He enjoys learning. In addition to the Chartered accountants practising certificate (FCA), he is holding financial service authority (FSA) financial planning certificate, MBA from Manchester business school and currently a researcher on entrepreneurship at Durham Business School.
Married with two children and live in St Katherine Docks London. He is a keen skier.
