こんにちは代表の西川です。先日よりＵＫのフリーペーパー、ＵＫジャックに起業に関するコラムの連載を始めました。月2回ほどのペースで掲載される予定ですので是非ご覧ください。
さて早速ですが3月のＩＳＭセミナーのご案内です。今回は今年予定されているＵＫの会社法改正につきましてマキシムソリシターズのラジャン・マリアダン代表弁護士をお招きします。得に中小企業の活動推進を念頭においたといわれる今回の改正についてその内容と実際のアプローチについてお話を伺います。参加ご希望の方は返信にて連絡のほどお願い申し上げます。また年会費をまだお支払いでない会員お方は必ず当日24ポンドのお支払いをお願いします。

【代表弁護士】 ラジャン・マリアダン、ラージ Mr Raj Rajan Mariaddan
1993年、弁護士（法曹）資格取得。Keele Universityより法律および政治学のBA（Hon)取得。The College of Lawにて実務研修修了。過去の業績に、労働許可申請における行政上の矛盾点を指摘して申請を承認させた労働許可証申請、住居法における公共機関や関連団体の不備不正を主張してプロの第三者組織の重要性を説いたHouse of Lordsでの訴訟などがあり、「不可能を可能にする弁護士」の異名を取る敏腕弁護士。Family Panelのメンバーとして家族法にも強い。
