What is a global mindset?

The increased business and intercultural complexity of a global job
can be very challenging, but also very rewarding.
Global business leaders must execute strategy across borders while
meeting competing demands, and operating in the midst of uncertainty.

This workshop-style seminar will provide an engaging introduction on
how to become an effective global leader, including tips and tools
to help you get started.


* Speaker's Bio:
Dr. Ric Roi is a Senior Vice President with Right Management and
serves as the head of Consulting services for Asia Pacific.
He is based in Tokyo, Japan and works across Asia Pacific.

Ric brings over 19 years of international consulting experience.
He has provided consulting services to a diverse and unique group
of global corporate clients including: Cisco Systems, China Mobile,
Toyota Motors, Gap Inc.
He is a frequent conference and corporate event speaker.

He earned a Doctorate in Organization Development from University of
San Francisco. He served as teaching Professor at the University of
San Francisco in the Masters program, teaching in Human Resource and
Organizational Development.
He also serves as Visiting Professor at Nagoya University of Commerce
teaching in the International MBA program.
