異文化コミュニケーションコンサルトとして、太平洋を往復しながら活躍をつづけていらっしゃる桜井敬子さんのセッションが帰ってきます！

今回は、本格的なトレーニングプログラムになっており、２回連続で行っていただきます。まずは、「文化」について様々な観点から理解することに始まり、英語での具体的なコミュニケーション手法、電話会議やEmailでの効果的なコミュニケーションスキルについてまで幅広い内容をカバーする予定です。
第２回は、４月21日に開催の予定となっています。

【桜井敬子さんのご紹介】
バイリンガル（日本語 / 英語）のコンサルタント、トレーナーとして、多国籍
企業における異文化研修、マネージメント研修、コンサルティング、ファシリ
テーションに豊富な経験を有する。一橋大学商学部を首席で卒業後、カリフォル
ニア大学バークレー校ハース経営大学院にて経営学修士（MBA）取得。
公認会計士。

メリディアン・イートン・グローバル入社前は、PricewaterhouseCoopersにて
8年間勤務。経営監査部のスーパーバイザーとして、多国籍企業の会計監査、
内部統制構築のアドバイザリー業務、リスクマネジメントの研修講師などを
勤める。担当した企業は、トヨタ、NTT、東芝、GEなど多数にのぼる。

生まれは東京だが、子供の頃はタイとドイツで暮らす。現在は、アジア、
ヨーロッパ、アメリカで培った異文化経験、豊富な社会経験と対人スキルを
持つコンサルタントとして、クライアントの問題解決に尽力している。
