There are estimated to be about 6000 to 7000 languages in the world. But when they are translated into English there can be some problems.
What languages can you speak? What are the most useful languages to know? What are the most interesting languages?
When you have to translate some thing, what do you do?

失った翻訳
世界では６千から７千の言語が存在します。しかしそれらの言語を英語に翻訳しようといろいろな問題が発生します。
あなたはどんな言語をしゃべれますか？　一番得意の言語はなんですか？　どの言語に興味がありますか？
いつあなたは翻訳をしますか？またどのように実施しますか？
