I am Japanese who loves beautiful Kenya. And, gentle Kenyan people is respected. 私は美しいケニアを愛する日本人です。そして、優しいケニア人を尊敬しています。
It is the one now to hear that the Kenya is in confusion, and to fret one's gizzard. 今、そのケニアが混乱の中にあると聞き、心を痛めているものでもあります。
Everyone Japanese craves for peace in Kenya. Democracy that is not repression by military forces but true is expected. 日本人のだれもが、ケニアの平和を望んでいます。軍隊による鎮圧でなく、真の民主主義を期待しています。
I want you to promise a fair election if the cause of confusion is in the election result with the doubt of injustice, to be watched by the international society, and to appeal to the own country for doing the follow-up election. 混乱の原因が、不正の疑いのある選挙結果にあるとすれば、公正な選挙を約束し、国際社会に見守られて、再選挙をすることを、本国に働きかけてほしいのです。

Dear Embassy of the Republic of Kenya
To:H.E Mr. Dennis Noel Oduya Awori, Ambassador From: Tomohiro Morioka
A Happy New year. I am a Japanese who is praying for Kenyan peoples' happiness.
I've known a little about current Kenyan situation since last year end. And, I am alarmed about Kenyan people. I think we are big family. So if we have different nationality, of course many Japanese wory about Kenya. Therefore, I want you to solve the problem peacefully. However, it can't say peaceful when we watch about Kenyan government's doing.
In Japan, you may be a delegate of Kenyan government. But, really you are mothers and fathers, sisters and brothers aunts and uncles. And each of you is somebody's child.
At school, even in kindergarten, you teach us how to behave in the world. You teach us: not to fight with others, to work things out, to respect others, not to hurt others, to share, not be greedy.
Then why do you go out and do the things you tell us not to do?
Please solve the problem peacefully. I want you not to use military. Please, Please.
