The venue is Shibuya J-POP CAFE which place is very popular among young Japanese people and foreigners. How about showing off your fancy dress to a lot of people in the party??
Your disguise is warmly welcomed!!! If you are non-Japanese, you can drink and eat as much as you can only for 1500 yen!! Should better coming to the party!!
