Holding English Cochin BBQ Party this Spring on the following schedule:
1. Day: April 1, 2017 (Saturday) (when rained, hold on April 8, 2017)
2. Time: 12:00pm to 16:00pm
3. Place: Day Camp Area at Arakogawa-Koen Park
(Arakogawa-Koen Station, Aonami Line)
4. Number of Participants Expected: up to 40 people (due to space and capacity at the Day Camp Area, may not be able to fit over 45 people, depend on where the spot we can save)
5. Fee: usually around 2500 to 3500 yen per person

I'll make final decision and announce of whether holding the Party at 8:30am on April 1, 2017 through mixi, facebook and Meetup. Such announcement will be made based on the weather forecast around Minato Ward, Nagoya (on Yahoo! Japan and Weather News). Even if it's not raining, when the chance of precipitation exceeds 50% or more, the Party will be cancelled and rescheduled on April 8, 2017.

Please feel free to bring friends and family to the Party, however, don't forget to sign up!! Sign up is mandatory for this event.

Around the week of March 15, 2017, I'll ask several people for help buying groceries and save spot on April 1, 2017. I appreciate your help.

今春、Englishコーチン2017年度春のBBQ会を以下の日程で開催予定です:
1. 日にち: 2017年4月1日(土)
2. 時間: 午後12時〜16時頃
3. 場所: 荒子川公園デイキャンプ場 (あおなみ線 荒子川公園駅)
4. 参加者数(想定): 最大40人(デイキャンプ場のスペースの関係で、45人以上は難しいかもしれませんが、当日おさえる場所によります)
5. 参加費: いつもだいたい1人あたり2500〜3500円

2017年4月1日の朝8時半頃、mixi、facebookとMeetupページを通じて開催可否の最終判断をお知らせします。当該お知らせは、名古屋市港区の天気予報(Yahoo!とウェザーニュース掲載)を基準に行います。当日雨が降っていなくても、降水確率が50%以上の場合は中止し、2017年4月8日に延期します。

気軽にお友達やご家族を連れてきてください！　ただし、参加表明をお忘れなく！！　このイベントは参加表明を必須とさせていただきます。

3月15日の週あたりに、何人かに食材買い出しと当日の場所取りのお手伝いをお願いする予定です。ご協力の程お願いします。
