☆★1２/２３ IIVA 国際交流Birthday Cerebration for Japanese Emperor& Christmas Party★☆
こんにちは！
IIVA( International Innovative Violets Associate) は「職業、国籍を越えた交流」を目指す国際交流団体です。
IIVAは定期的に留学生と交流を深めていくイベントを企画しています。
この度、１２月２３日(木曜日)に天皇誕生日を祝う会とクリスマスパーティーを開催することになりました。 皆様、和と洋が融合する瞬間を盛大にお祝いしましょう！
時間は19時から22時までの3時間で、西麻布の高級ダイニングバー the Robin's nestを貸切っての豪華パーティーです。
皆様に楽しんでもらえるように当日は様々なコンテンツを用意します。ぜひともお楽しみに！

芸能人がお忍びで遊びにくることもある有名ダイニングバーです。

（六本木駅から徒歩8分 広尾駅から徒歩6分）
広尾駅の三番出口から出た後、歩道橋を渡って右手に向かってずっと進んでください（外苑通りに沿って北の方向）５分くらい歩くと途中でアパホテルが左手に見えます。そこから１００メートルくらい歩くとお店の看板と当団体のスタッフがおります。
会場の都合で100人になりましたら締め切らせていただきます。
【パーティー形式】
ドリンク シャンパン、ワイン、日本酒、ソフトドリンク飲み放題！(アルコール飲料は９時頃までを目安に出します） 食べ物ビュッフェ形式

日本の方３０００円
日本国旗（昼の皇居で行われる天皇誕生日のイベントで入手可能）持参の方は５００円の割引をいたします！
【前団体のイベント参加人数＆参加大学】
前団体での交流会では留学生40名程度 男子大学生25名程度 女子学生30名程度の方や社会人の方に参加していただき大盛況のうちに終えることができました。

We are going to host an international cultural exchange event at December 23rd, 2010(Thuresday)
The party will start from 7 pm to 10 pm and it will be held at high quality bar in Nishi Azabu, Robin's Nest
A total of about 40 exchange students, 25 male Japanese students, and 30 female Japanese students has participated in our party.
We prepared for some interesting contents during the party!
Let's cerebrate this special day with us!!!!

IIVA (International Innovative Violets Associate) is an organization composed of active students in Tokyo who like to connect, exchange ideas and experiences through cultural exchange of Japanese students and foreign exchange students in Tokyo.
■ WHAT DO WE DO?
We organize an event in order to create an opportunity for foreign exchange students and Japanese students to have a cultural exchange.
It is an excellent opportunity to meet great people, make new friends, find language exchange partner and learn about different cultures.

How to get to the place
Get off Hiroo（広尾） station then take No 3 exit.
Cross the pedestrian bridge then work for around 5 minutes all the way to north along Nishi Gaien Street.
You'll find APA Hotel on your left side.
Then work straight for around 100 meters and you can find our staff over there!
