There are official changing rooms whose cost are 10yen. Cost is 400yen per person. please meet at exit 4 of Fukiage station to The Sakuradori-line, at 2:40pm. It takes around 10 mins to walk.

For your convenience, Syowa-sports center is here and go up to the third floor.
