【Presenter／講師紹介】

Charles LeBeau

Charles LeBeau was once an aspiring jazz musician a long time ago in a
galaxy far, far away. Since landing in Japan in 1982, he has taught in both
the university and corporate worlds. Currently, he is chief instructor at
NIC Tokyo, conducting its two-day Power Presentation and Power Negotiation
seminars. Charles is co-author of several books including Speaking of
Speech, Discover Debate, Getting Ready for Speech, and Listen Kids.

チャールズ・ルボー

1982年来日する以前は、野心的なジャズミュージシャンであった。
来日後、大学や企業において教鞭をとる。現在、NIC東京において、
「パワープレゼンテーション」及び「パワーネゴシエーション」に関する
授業をチーフインストラクターとして受け持っている。著書に、
「スピーキング オブ スピーチ」「ディスカバー ディベート」
「ゲッティング レディー フォー スピーチ」「リッスン キッズ」がある。


【Content／講演内容】

【Tips for Teaching Presentation】
Speaking of Speech New Edition divides presentation into three messages:
The Physical Message, The Visual Message, and The Story Message.
In this workshop, author Charles LeBeau shows how he uses music, sports and
other fun activities to introduce and teach the Three Messages. In addition,
this workshop will also look at ways to use the SOS DVD in class.

【プレゼンテーション指導のためのヒント】

　新版「スピーキング オブ スピーチ」では、「プレゼンテーション」を
３つのメッセージすなわち「身体的」メッセージ・「視覚的」メッセージ・
「物語的」メッセージに分割し展開しています。
今回のワークショップでは講演者であり著者のチャールズ・ルボーが
これらの３つのメッセージを音楽やスポーツ、また、他の楽しい
アクティビティを使い「プレゼンテーション」を教えるかを示してくれる
ことでしょう。また、このワークショップでは、SOS DVDの教室内での
使用方法についても詳細に解説いたします。
