マンメイドノイズは才能に溢れたテレンス・ダンのアーチスト名です。テレンスはイギリス出身のアーチストで、他に類を見ない音楽を生み出します。過去にバンドを組んでいたロック、ジャズ、ファンク、エレクトリックをベースに革新的な音楽を生み出すソングライター、アーネストとのこれまでの経験を基に音楽の世界に斬新なアイデアをもたらします。

ポール・マッカートニーに似た音源を持ちながら、芸術としての音楽の幅を限りなく追求しつづけたデビューアルバムは、あらゆる文化から影響を受けたインスピレーションに満ちています。

このアルバムを収録した後、テレンスは更なる新たな音楽の可能性を求めて創作に必要な最小限の機材を持ち世界を巡る旅に出ました。

Man-made noise is the alias of talented instrumentalist Terence Dunn.
Originating from Hull, UK, he has created an album with musical diversity like you’ve never heard. Drawing on past experience with the band Ernest, the songwriter and innovator has fused elements of rock/jazz/funk/electro in a tour de force of musical ideas.

On the one hand sounding like a latter day Paul McCartney while still managing to push the boundaries of what music can be capable of as an art form, the debut album is a pandoras box of inspirational and multi cultural influences.

Following the recording of the album, Terence headed off around the world armed with a sampler and Dictaphone for his next project, which given his background in original musical composition is a truly mouthwatering prospect.
