The concerned Burmese citizens in LA who are worried about recent situation in Burma met and decided to do a demonstration to support peaceful demonstration in Burma. Their schedule is:
1. On August 30, 2007 (Thursday) at 2PM, they will meet at Senator Barbra Boxer Office (312 N. Spring, #1748, Los Angeles, CA 90012) to start peaceful demonstration.
2. Then they will march to City Hall and submit a petition letter to a representative of City Hall. They are hoping to get a resolution against Burmese military government regarding with recent suppression on peaceful demonstration. They are planed to submit similar petition to Senator Barbra Boxer and hopefully she will encourage US senate to condemn Burmese military government.
3. Everybody interested in Burmese causes are welcome to join the demonstration on August 30.
