Tomorrow we are off for five days in Kansai and will play 5 shows in both Osaka and Kobe. It will be great. I don't yet know where we will sleep, but I do know what we will eat. Taco Yaki (as pictured). I could explain what goes into Taco Yaki, but to be honest, besides the small bit of Octopus, I don't really know or care. I just wanted some sort of photo to represent Kansai, and I know that Japanese simply love looking at pictures of food.
It's a great place though. Another sprawling metropolis very similar to Tokyo, but also very different in its subtleties.
