華東師範大学在学の留学生の皆さん、初めまして、留学生事務室のスタッフのアラレ（あだな）です。11月28日、第一回華東師範大学国際文化祭が開催いたします。
国際文化祭を通して、留学生は自分の国の文化を舞台の上で表現することができ、一方で、中国にいながら、様々な国の文化を体験することもできます。11月28日に「毛澤東像の周りに、華東師範大学の学生と留学生と一緒に、「国際文化祭」を行います。そこで、日本ブースの参加者を募集します！
日本をどういう風に紹介すればいいか、興味のある方、質問したい人、詳しい話が聞きたい人、説明会に来てください。或いは、私までメールを送っていただければ助かります。

Notice for the ECNU`s First International Cultural Festival
In order to promote the cultural exchange and friendship among international students from different countries, “The First International Cultural Festival” is going to be held on Nov.28th in ECNU.
The Purpose of the activity:
The festival is a celebration of ECNU's richness and diversity of cultures and a great opportunity for students to feel connected and have a sense of belonging. They will display with pride the cultural variety they bring to ECNU. It also serves as a good opportunity to enhance the understanding and friendship among the students from different cultures.
Expected Participants: Foreign and Chinese (including Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan) student representatives
Time: 13:30~17:30, Nov.28th 2007
About the Exhibition Booth:
1.Located in the square in front of the Chairman Mao Statue
2.Each country will be assigned a booth and desks & chairs will be offered
3.No use of electricity or fire.
4.Each booth is restricted to the allocated area which is divided according to different regions.
About the Content and Form of the Exhibition:
The participants should present the typical characteristics of their culture, which relate to their traditional customs, tourism resources, ethnic costume, special artifacts and food, popular arts, etc. Students can also show particular pictures, real objects and reading materials to the audience. Some kinds of performance are allowed within the booth, for instance, playing instruments, singing, dancing and artifacts at the booth. The performance should not take up too much space and affect the other participants’ exhibition. What’s more, the performance shouldnot be dangerous.
Please Note:
1.The exhibition content should evade political issues.
2.ｔhe exhibition conforms with the principle of peace and friendship, and the students should not discriminate against, insult or smear the other nations and their religions.
3.The activity is not aimed at commercial propagation. If the participant find sponsorship is necessary, then the name of the sponsor can be listed in the brochure or marked somewhere on the booth.
4.The students can give out souvenirs, but any forms of trade are forbidden.
5.No cooking in the booth.
6.Those who are interested in this activity should apply to the International Students Office of ECNU.
7.Anything unrelated to the purpose of the activity are not allowed to be shown..
8. On the day of the festival, please follow the instructions of those who are working on the spot and make inquiries to them if you have any problems.
9. The organizer will award several prizes including The Best Organization Award(three prizes), The Best Creative Award(two prizes) and The Award of the Most Popular Booth（one prize）at the end of the festival.
10. ECNU will offer a certain amount of money according to your exhibition plan
