Yuuko, Man-san and I will depart from Narita on 7/29 (金) on BA006 arriving the same day at about 15:00
I don't think Hippy has booked yet but I think he will depart on the same flight.
We will arrive at the hotel at about 16:30-17:00 and I will arrange check-in. After a rest and a shower we will go to a local pub for the first pint of the tour.
I need to know how many people will join the tour so I can book entrance tickets to the festival in advance.It's usually a little cheaper and there's no need to queue when we get to the festival site.
I also need to know everybody's travel plans and what days they will attend the festival.
The first day of the festival 8/2 (火)is the trade show and is not open to the general public until the evening so we will not go that day.
We will attend the festival on any days between 8/3 (水) and 8/5 (金) Last year Hippy went 3 days and Man-san went two days. There is no problem to go on all 3 days!
The other days we will do sightseeing, shopping and pub tours of London. Last year was fun and I hope that if more people can join we will have a really good time again this year.
Yuuko will probably only attend the festival one day so if you want to go shopping or sightseeing you can join her. She knows London pretty well.

I just confirmed and made payment for the Fuller's Brewery tour for 11am on Friday August 5. I will tell you the cost in Yen when the bill from Visa arrives.
Next, we should book the hotel. As I said, there is no discount so we must use their on-line booking form. I will book sometime in the next week or so. At the moment rooms are available. Summer is usually busy so it might be wise to book early. Hippy booked late last year but got a room. I don't want to take the chance though.
Let me know when you intend to book and if you need help with the on-line form.

Basic London Tour Schedule:
7/29 Arrive in London. A couple of pints local to hotel in the evening
7/30 Portobello Market in the morning. Will visit the Churchill Arms and the Windsor Castle pubs near Notting Hill Gate/Kensington afterwards.
7/31 Early morning: Brick Lane Market, probably followed by Camden Market.
8/1 Morning: Greenwich OR Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace
8/2 Morning: Greenwich OR Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace
8/3 GBBF (Everybody)
8/4 GBBF (Yuuko & Mai are not going)
8/5 Fuller's Brewery tour 11am.
8/6 GBBF (Man, Jiro & Mai leave London)
8/7 No plans
8/8 Leave London
