Magma is pleased to launch shiny new book "Y Sancho Panza"; a small yet comprehensive monograph of artwork and photography by Barcelona based urban artist Boris Hoppek. Boris works across many media and is as happy doing small doodles and sketches in his notebook as he is painting grand scale pieces on literally any surface; canvas, walls, floors, doors, cars, cardboard boxes or people. Creator of the Bimbo Dolls, a set of kinky handmade toys, Boris has also produced some paintings, artworks and T-shirts for us that will be on display and for sale along with the book from June 24th.
Boris is also going to paint the front of the Magma store to bring a bit of much needed Barcelona sunshine to those gloomy Manchester streets.
"Y Sancho Panza" is published by Die Gestalten Verlag.
June 2005. Hardcover. 192 pages. £15.00. ISBN - 3899550730
