未経験 & 初心者の為の1日体験レッスン！
Let's play "KICKBOXING & SELF DEFENSE" "PILATES " and "FIRST AID" together!

『KICKBOXING & SELF DEFENSE』
『キックボクシング & 護身術』
《内容》
「構え方(ファイティングポーズ)」
「パンチ」「キック」の基本と、
いきなり見知らぬ人に手を握られた場合の外し方など女性にお勧めの護身術！
そしてクールダウンを兼ねて、ピラティスの呼吸法を用いての体幹エクササイズを予定しています。
皆で楽しく！綺麗でカッコ良く動ける身体を目指しましょう〜

『PILATES / ピラティス』
《内容》
モデルさんやダンサーも身体をづくりに取り入れている方も多いピラティスを予定しています。
呼吸法を取り入れながら体幹を鍛え「ウエストダウン」や「ヒップUP」を目指しましょう！
��11:10頃〜12:00頃
『FIRST AID / 応急手当教室』
《内容》
大震災がいつ起こるか分からないこの時代、サッカーや英会話教室があるように、万が一の時に備えて、誰もが気軽に「防災」や「応急手当」を学べる環境があった方が良いのではないかと思い計画してみました。
大震災時、「本当に救護や支援が必要な場所」に優先して「警察・消防・自衛隊・医療機関・公的機関」に行って貰えるよう、今のうちに
「自分や家族の身は自分達で守れる技術」を身につけませんか？
【レッスン時間について】
※09:00入室〜12:00退室となります。
また、� 銑Ｋ�レッスン間の間はありませんので、参加を希望されるレッスン時間になりましたら、各自入退室をしてください。
休憩はこまめに取りますが、しんどくなったら気軽に各自のペースで休憩をお取り頂き、こまめに水分補給を行なってくださいね^o^

・The healthy person who doesn't prohibit movement by a doctor
・The person who isn't drinking

・飲酒されていない方

[Notice]
When its having been canceled after reservation, an entrance fee generates the full amount.
When trouble has happened, it'll be participant's self-responsibility." Accident, injury and theft etc" The person judged not to be suitable as a participant from a representative of our group has to decline participation and to leave the room on the way because it's safe.
An entrance fee can't also be repaid in that case. Please accept it. ※ This contents could understand in the time when participation was expressed. Please understand.
