当日は伊丹駅は大変混雑すると思います。ホームから集合場所まで15分位かかるかもしれません。 余裕を持って来てくださいね。（大幅に遅れる方はお待ちできないのでご了承願います。）

Itami station that day will be very crowded. It will take about 15 minutes from the platform to the meeting place. Therefor, don't be late. You will miss them, if you are late.
