エリキサーアートエンターテイメントは昨年生まれたインターナショナルな音楽イベント

“関西ミュージックカンファレンス＝KMC...9月17日(金) -20日(月) 大阪”

をサポートしています。

関西ミュージックカンファレンス(ＫＭＣ)は、世界中のインディペンデントミュージシャン（特定の音楽業界に所属していない音楽アーティスト）が関西に集まり、ステージパフォーマンスだけでなく、音楽に関するプレゼンテーション、パネルディスカッション、ワークショップなどを行ない、人間や作品、そして演奏の紹介を通じて地域の人々と交流し、アピールする（ミュージシャンの）カンファレンス・見本市です。グローバル視野で日本国内の音楽関係者と、海外の音楽関係者を繋ぐ役割を目的とした今イベントは、参加ミュージシャンに、音楽プロモーター・エージェント、国際交流教会、ＮＰＯ団体など、国際的に音楽業界で活躍する団体との交流の機会や、参加者ミュージシャン同士による交流の機会を提供します。

国外のインディペンデントミュージシャンが参加できる、世界規模での音楽カンファレンスイベントは、アメリカのSXSW (サウス・バイ・サウス・ウエスト)、フランスのMIDEM（国際音楽産業見本市）、香港のMusic Matters（ミュージック・マッターズ）などがありますが、同じような大陸をつなぐ音楽イベントは、日本国内ではＫＭＣが初の試みとなります。

共通言語を《音楽》とした今イベントを毎年開催することにより、世界中のインディペンデントミュージシャンと日本の音楽業界を結ぶ架け橋となる事を目的としています。
本年も多国籍から外国ミュージシャンをたくさん招いてイベントが開催されます。

KMC is a series of not-for-profit events held every year with the biggest event, 9/17-20, bringing together musicians from all over the world. As a conference shaped to work in the unique culture that is Japan, KMC is designed for globally minded musicians, companies and organizations that are involved in the music industry. Musicians can network with NPO's, international exchange associations, independent labels and distributors, promoters, booking agents and festival organizers among others.
As an annual, intercontinental music event, KMC has become a bridge for musicians and the independent music industry in Japan. In 2009, the first ever KMC brought together musicians from 13 countries on 4 continents for 2 days and nights of music in downtown Osaka. This year we are looking to build on that to create a stronger music scene in Japan for indie artists.
