大槻透がガレリア デ ムエルテに登場いたします。
1973年、福島県生まれ。
徹底して女性や、花、鳥、猫を描き続け金箔やラインストーンを施した装飾的な絵画世界を展開。きらびやかでときに日本画的でもある絵画空間の内側には大槻の女性へのフェティシズムが充ち満ちています。
今回、2年ぶりとなる個展では"Shanghai Art Fair 2008"に出展した作品を中心に新作を展示いたします。

New year's special exhibition, Toru OTUKI solo exhibition "Somehow Shanghai".
Toru Otsuki was born in Fukushima Prefecture in 1973.
Decorated with gold leaf and line stones, female figures, flowers, birds and cats are the motifs repeatedly used in Otsuki's fantastical paintings.
His glittery and yet sometimes nihonga-like canvases are filled with female fetishism. Two years have passed since his last solo exhibition, and this time works presented at the Shanghai Art Fair 2008, as well as new works, are on display.
