アメリカよりスンダー・シン・カルサ先生をお招きし、ヨギ・バジャン師の教えによるクンダリーニヨガのエッセンスを味わうまたとないチャンスです。

ワークショップのテーマは

'Inner Journey to the Self'
“自己への内なる旅”

We will transform the negative emotions of our five basic elements so we can
experience a rebirth thru meditations on the first and last breath
allowing the clarity of our life's purpose to emerge. During the second day
we will also experience the power of silence as well as have a conversation
with our soul ending with a fire ceremony where we will symbolically release
the past.
私たちは私たちの5元素のネガティブな感情を変容することにより生命の目的の明快さが出て来るのを許す最初で最後の呼吸の瞑想を通じて再生を経験できます。2日目には私たちの魂との会話同様に、沈黙の力を体験し、象徴的に過去を開放する火の儀式で締めくくります。

料金は、5日の朝9時から終わりまで、1泊食事つき39000円です。
