Leave at the East Exit of the Shinjuku JR Station and go straight ahead through the Kabuki-cho street. You are on the right way, if you see a Don Quijote at the beginning of the Kabuki-cho street. At the construction area you turn left and go straight ahead and after the cross-way on the right side you find the Karaoke Box on the 3rd floor ☆
