今年もバッチリ花火が見える淀川河川公園で、わいわい楽しみましょう。
参加者募集中です。
開催日 ：2012年8月4日（土）
集合時間：3:30ｐｍ
集合場所：阪神電車 野田駅改札を出たところ（梅田から2つめの駅）
（kansai happy international clubと書かれた小さな旗をスタッフが持っています）
早期申込締切：2012年7月31日 9ｐｍ
（早期申込み者にサービス券１００円、初参加者にサービス券２００円プレゼント）
参加費：500円（敷物代＆スナック代込）
持ち物：自分用の飲み物や自分用の夕食。（近くに屋台はありません）
虫よけスプレーやウェットティッシュがあると便利。
淀川花火が中止の場合は、パーティーを中止します。
申込方法：kansaihappyclub@gmail.com宛てに必要事項をメールして下さい。メールのタイトルは、「淀川花火申し込み」でお願いします。
1)ご氏名 2)出身国 3)当日連絡のつく電話番号 4)複数参加の場合は、参加者全員のご氏名と出身国 5）遅れてくる場合は到着時間 6）初参加の場合は「初参加」と記載。（初参加者とは、関西で楽しく国際交流する会に過去に一度も参加したことのない人を指します）
イベントの流れ：
阪神野田駅集合 ー 徒歩 − 淀川河川公園の会場到着 − パーティー開始（自己紹介1回目＆アイスブレーキングのゲーム） − （自己紹介２回目＆おしゃべり）− 花火鑑賞（7:50−8:40ｐｍ）ー 解散
会場の場所：
淀川河川公園の駐車場より川に向かって右側、つまり花火側(梅田側）の芝生に場所取りします。（昨年と同じ場所です）行き方は、阪神野田駅ーウィステを右手に川に向かって直進。途中右手にファミリーマートがあり、そのまま直進。二手に分かれたつきあたりを左折、坂を上って土手に上がり坂を下ります。川に向かって左側に駐車場があるので、その右側です。詳しくは、うぇすサイトの地図をご参照ください）
注意事項
１）集合時間と遅刻について
場所取りをかねて、早めの集合時間を設定しています。見物客が多い為、花火開始時間に近づくにつれ携帯がつながらなくなり、暗くて人も多いため、私たちのいる場所を探しにくくなりますので、原則３時３０分に集合してください。参加申し込み者には、当日連絡のつくスタッフの電話番号をお渡ししますが、パーティーの途中でスタッフは出迎えに行けません。遅れてくる場合でも、遅くとも１８時までには会場に到着して下さい。目印として、小さな「kansai Happy International Club]と書かれた旗を立てたカート付かばんを置いておきますので、遅刻者は、自己責任、自力で探してください。
２）特定の政治・宗教団体等への誘導・宣伝や商行為を目的とする参加はお断りします。

Meeting place：Hanshin railway- Noda station(2 stations from Umeda), at the ticket gate
Things to bring :1 Your own food and drink 2 Insect repellent and wet tissue etc
＊＊Our staff wait at the meeting place with a small flag of “Kansai Happy International Club” so please look out for it.
Early Bird Discount： Please sign up by 31st July 2012 (9pm) to get a 100yen discount ticket. Also 200yen discount ticket will be given for the participant who attend our party for the first time.）
Participation Fee：500yen（including picnic seat and snacks）
Fireworks time: 7:50−8:40pm
We will cancel this party if the firework display is cancelled.

How to get there:
To “Noda hanshin station”
Train: “Noda hanshin station” is 2 stations away from Umeda station by Hanshin railway. (1 station from Umeda by rapid train and 2 stations from Umeda by local train.) The underground Umeda terminal of Hanshin Railway is located south of Ōsaka Station, next to underground of Hanshin Department Store.
For late comers. How to ge to the party place at Yodogawa Kasen Park:
On foot: From Hanshin Noda station, walk toward Yodogawa River (WISTE shopping mall on the right side) You will see Family Mart convenience store on the right side so keep going straight, turn left at the end of the road, go up and down the slope. We will be at the right side of the parking area. For the details, please see the map in our website.
Notice:
1) Meeting time and late comers
We will be there early because this event is so popular and it is ok to come late, but try to arrive there by 6pm.After 6pm, the telephone line can only be used for emergency calls and it will be difficult to find us since it will be dark and too many people. We suggest that you come early so we can get to know each other and play games while waiting for the fireworks.
We put a bag with a small flag which says “Kansai Happy International Club”on our picnic mat.
