【１３１（いちさんいち）事件とは】
2005年より北海道のアーティスト、パフォーマーのみで構成され、
のべ2万7千人もの人々が 来場している異色のクラブイベント（過去27回開催）。
2006年より大晦日のカウントダウンイベントを開催。
毎年1200人を超えるご来場をいただく北海道の定番カウントダウンとなっております。（2012年は2000名）
2007年にＳＰＩＣＡにて最後の音楽イベントとなりました
【発見　体験　131事件】で3,000人を超える来場を記録しました。（sapporo alifeと共同開催）　
都市型冒険活劇をテーマに百三十一もの仕掛けを用意されている。
アクの強いキャラクターが多く登場する中で、あくまでも来場者を主役に位置づける内容は、
既存のどのミュージックフェスティバルとも異なり、 独自の演出はまさに大人のディズ○ーランド。
国内外のアーティストを招聘せず、“北海道発信”を根底におき、 常に遊ぶ側の気持ちを意識し、
自然とそこに人が集まってしまいたくなる一日を創っています。

【Case 131 is】
Made up of only artists and performers from Hokaido, a unique club event
that has capacitated 27000 patrons (past 27 times held).
There are 131 tricks arranged all themed around "urban action
adventure". Even with strong characters around, the lead role is always
the patron.
Being different other existing music festivals, it's direction is more
of a adult dis○land.
Not relying on national and international artists, the festival holds
pride to Hokaido-born. Always thinking of the customer, it is a festival
that naturally attracts people throughout the day.
