【内容】システマ式呼吸で、健康法、恐怖心の克服、パニックからの脱出、コンバットへの準備とリカバリーを学びます。コサック・ウィップ、トレーニングナイフ、ストライクなどの練習も織り交ぜて行います。

Theme: Breathing for health and combat.
Seminar description: Work will cover unique systema breathing exercises for health, dealing with fear and panic and preparation for and recovery in combat. Aside from specific breathing exercises tools to study this work will include Cossack whips, training knives and strikes.
