How to Bring:Your own lunch box,Some drinks,a outer garment, trekking pole(If you have)

How to Wear:A pair of hiking boots；Mountain climbing shoes or cleated sneakers,long sleave shirts,a pair of long leg trousers,a cap or a hat,a outer garment.

We will be carpooling and are looking for volunteers who have a car and are willing to drive. We will pay gasoline.
