子供づれやファミリー向けのお祭りのようです。James Hillというミネソタの歴史上で結構有名な人（鉄道会社の設立などで）が所有していた農場が広場や資料館になった場所なので、アメリカの歴史やミネソタの歴史に興味のある方も楽しめるかと思います。下記に説明があります。

Farm Fest and Silent Auction - Saturday, September 8, 2007

This festival has become an annual tradition for many North Oaks residents. In addition to being a celebration of the origins of our community, the net proceeds of this event go towards continued restoration and maintenance of the historic Hill Farm site. There will be a petting zoo, pony rides, and a game pavilion for the kids. Butter making, crafting, a quilt exhibit, a working blacksmith are returning favorites.
