Noir represents everything that is sexy, silky black, and luxurious. To follow with this theme, we ask our customers to wear predominately black clothing for this evening. Sexy Go Go Dancers in black, massive dance beats, within the undeniable classy venue that is Velours, this is an act you definitely will not want to miss.
