韓国では私、増山は現在、韓国の国立現代美術館が主催するIASK, The National Art Studio Goyangのアーティスト・イン・レジデンス・プログラムにAsia Pacific Fellowship Program Artistとして滞在していますが、同レジデンス(The National Art Studio Goyang)のギャラリー内部に私が主催するレジデンス(ART11号)用の居住スペース兼スタジオをつくり日本から一般公募を経て選考した大阪在住のアーティスト、水川千春さんを招待します。
　この時期、釜山ビエンナーレや光州ビエンナーレのため韓国に来られる方や、韓国にいらっしゃる方等、是非ご高覧頂ければ幸いです。会場はソウルから遠くない距離です。(ソウル駅前等から出ている9709や9710が最寄りのGogolのバス停まで行きます。)日本人作家では他にも東野哲史君が参加してますのでどうぞよろしくお願い致します。

コンセプト：
“We are outsiders, but we do not create outsider art as we are professionally trained. Instead, what we create are insider artworks, being framed as we are by the institution of art. The art world is a global enterprise, however, within the confines of this country and studio, our status is called into question. We do not become Korean whilst in Korea, nor do we cease to belong to our own nationalities. As outsiders we occupy a middle ground between our status as artists and our status as citizens. This is what makes us inside and yet outside, for we exist as exceptions to ordinary life, using the context of the studio as a zone apart from society” (Masuyama, Tetsushi, Stevens, Wu, 2008).
