EVENTS & ENTRIES
Boys & Girls (age categories)
5­‐7 , 8­‐10 , 11­‐13 , 14­‐16
Up to 10 players from each country
Juniors (boys & girls) till 19 years old (born on 1995 or later)
Up to 6 players from each country
Adults (Men & Women)
Up to 2 players from each country
Asian women championship will be the qualification tournament for the World championship 2015 in China
1. All entries will be received on the website of Asian Confederation at the address http://www.asiadraughts.org/
2. Entries close on 26 May 2014 (Monday). Late entries will be rejected.
3. All entries must be submitted through their national associations.
4. Entries may be submitted to the address office@asiadraughts.org with the enclosed form if National association is not sending by online form.

FLIGHT DETAILS
Overseas teams are requested to email to:
ngernprasertsiri@hotmail.com and office@asiadraughts.org
of their flight arrival date, time and flight number, etc., at least 10 days before arrival. Transportation will NOT be provided if insufficient time is given for arrangements to be made or if you do not stay at the official hotel.

ACCOMMODATION
Official Hotel Room Type Rates (with breakfast)
Children under 11 years old or below
TBA (When choose one of 2 hotels)
Standard Single/Twin Twin Room at US$80.-­‐net per room per night
(Including Breakfast and Wifi-­‐Internet)
Children can stay in twin room as a third guest at the rate US$20 with breakfast
􀀀 Room reservations at the above hotel and all other correspondences with the hotel to the ADC at office@asiadraughts.org
􀀀 All reservations must reach ADC, before 26th May 2014. Reservations after the date shall be subjected to availability and higher room charges.
􀀀 Reservations and entries are able to receive by online form in the website www.asiadraughts.org through team’s designated person.

TRANSPORT
􀀀 Transport to/from Official Hotel and the airport will only be provided upon arrival and departure. Teams arriving/departing by land must arrange for their own transport to/from the hotel.
􀀀 Departure flight details must be provided at least 3 days in advance to the Tournament Secretariat at the hotel. Kindly note that you will need to find your own transportation to the hotel should you be unable to provide the required notice.
􀀀 Teams who choose not to stay in the Official Hotel or are unable to get rooms at the Official Hotel due to late submission of hotel requisition, have to arrange for their own transportation for transfers.

ENTRY FEE
􀀀 Entry fees per player for Blitz & Main championship are same US$50 in all categories.
