On December 24, I am pleased to announce that Avalon will be joining with Illusion Wind in producing the Moyan Festival, Japan’s first medievally-themed event. In addition to being an day of fun activities, the Moyan Festival will help to advertise Avalon’s presence in Tokyo and introduce us to other like-minded groups.
来る12月24日，AvalonはIllusion Windと共にMoyan Festivalを開催することになりました。Moyan Festivalは日本で初めての中世をテーマとしたイベントです。楽しい一日となるだけでなく，Avalonの存在を宣伝し，他の同好のグループにAvalonを紹介する良い機会となるでしょう。
Activities for the Day will include a tourney, a dance, medieval live music, door prizes, and the King’s high tea party. I strongly urge you to participate – not only will you have a good time, but you will enable us to enjoy even more elaborate events in the future.
Moyan Festivalでは，トーナメント, ダンス，中世音楽のライブ演奏，くじ，King’s high tea partyなどが行われます。楽しい時間を過ごせるだけでなく，このFestivalの経験を基に今後より精巧なイベントの開催も可能となっていきますので，ぜひみなさん奮ってご参加ください。

This is a busy week as we prepare for Moyan Festival! Please, I require information to prepare.

Moyan Duties
This is the first time Avalon has helped organize an event for the public. This situations requires special jobs and duties:

Duties:
1) Organizing other officers /
2) preparing activities
3) preparing equipment
4) communicating with Lady Maya of Illusion Wind
5) being bossy

d. 4) 錯覚の風の女性Maya と伝達し合う

2) Marshal: Ralph Papa Sosan
Duties:
1) Overseeing combat
2) fighter license inspection
3) armour inspection,

1) 戦闘を監督すること
2) 戦闘機免許証の点検

Duties:
1) Carry cell phone, list of emergency numbers (police, hospital, etc.), 1st aid kit, and map showing the nearest hospital
2) Organize guards and banner bearers. For example: The bearers of the banner of Avalon. Escorts for the ladies to their balcony for the Quest ceremony, guards at the entrance of the King’s High Tea, etc.
3) General security

1) Organize service at the costume rental table (there must be someone there at times throughout the day (can be someone other than the hospitalar)
2) Organize service at the King’s High Tea.
3) Organize preparation for the King’s High Tea (make sure people bring food and drink).

1) は衣裳のレンタルテーブルでサービスを組織する(時々日中誰かがなければそこにならない(誰かはhospitalar 以外ある場合もある)
2) は王の高い茶でサービスを組織する。

Lords and ladies of Avalon,
What an impressive event! Everyone worked so hard, and the result was a good demonstration event. It was an excellent way to end the year.
なんと印象的なでき事か! 皆は従って懸命に働き、結果はよいデモンストレーションのでき事だった。それは終わる優秀な方法年だった。
From next year, Avalon will be hosting more of its own events. Although we will still do demonstrations, we will also have events only for our own entertainment. It will be a great year!
来年から、Avalon は自身のでき事の多くを催す。私達がまだデモンストレーションをするが、私達はまた私達の自身の催し物のためのでき事をしか有する。それはすばらしい年である!
