玉木直子展 「記録すること」展示期間：3月12日（木）ー3月29日（日）
『曖昧な感覚と重なりあった思考からそれらの変化のプロセスをトレースしようと試みるが、その時点で記録から記憶への物語化は始まっている』制作の過程において、できるだけ余分な要素は排除し単調な行為を繰り返し蓄積する。曖昧な中に確かに存在している名付けられ分類される以前の感情を確認するために。
I have been trying to trace the process of change in my overlapping thoughts and vague sensations, but at a certain juncture these recordings began to take the form of a narrative of memory. In the process of work-making, I want to exclude, as far as possible, superfluous elements through the accumulation of repeated monotonous acts. The purpose is to gain awareness of the sensation, which certainly exists in the midst of uncertainty, of things before they were named and classified.
