the young guns at W+K Tokyo.

何かしたい。
Tokyo Designers Week 期間中、カフェをジャックして
クリエイティブで、やる気があって
おもしろい、クレイジーな人たちでいっぱいにする。

we want to try something.
We want to hijack a café during Tokyo Designers Week
and fill it with creative, passionate and even crazy people.

その場所は
30 歳以下の W+K 社員が運営する pop-up オフィス。

It will be run by W+K employees, all under 30.
call it a pop-up agency.

これは実験のようなもの。
W+K の『働き方』を探し出す。
そしてもっと新しい私たちの『働き方』を探し出す。

this is our experiment.
To define the way we work,
and push to find new ways of working.

同年代の若者と話したり最新のテクノロジーとつながったり
そんなことがもし全部同時に起きて、互いに影響し合ったらどんなことが起きるだろう。

To connect with the youth and technology of today.
and find out what can happen when we all collaborate.

フレッシュなアイディアがうまれる、
まるでキッチンのようなところ。

outside of work. outside of the red tape.
a kitchen of fresh ideas.

全てが Young guns たちによって動かされる場所だからこそ
私たちの新しい考えやアイディアがどこに向かうのかをみんなで目撃する。追求する。

it will all be run by the young guns
so we can see where new thinking can take us.

何が起きるかなんて、
そんなの私たちにも分かんない。
だからこんなに興奮する。

the hell will happen
and that’s what makes us so damn excited.
