I was printing out Februarys handout and was inspired to finish my March lesson plan 1 month early *lol*
March will be about Health.
1) Moo San will kindly be doing a Tai chi demonstration
2) We will be doing a health quiz to check how healthy you are (you don't have to share your answers)
3) The handout will include a few healthy recipes for you to try- so if there are any cooking enthusiasts please email your recipe and I will include it.
4) And as usual- interesting discussion questions so we can enjoy a relaxing and enlightening 2 hours.
Hope to see you in March,
Lily
(I am having so much fun planning for these events- I have already considered making Aprils topic "spring cleaning", using portions of an audio speech about one womans idea of simplifying life. If I can fit it onto one CD I will give a copy to all participants as it is such an interesting listen).
Wow, you have so many good ideas! Health and cleaning are very interesting topics for us. They are in our daily life, but sometimes hard to get along with. I'm so flattered to attend this meeting.
As usual- what an interesting meeting today!!! A BIG thank-you to Moo San for a well prepared and educational tai-chi presentation. I remarked to my husband when I got home about how much I enjoy our monthly discussions. The members work well together to make great synergy. You are all AMAZING!
Cheers (or "health and life for a hundred years"),
Lily
I realy thank to Lily and all menbers of the class that everybody listened to my words so eagerly. I hope you would have interest in tai-chi, and train tai-chi for keeping your health someday.
I also enjoyed the class very much today.
I'm looking forward to see you all again!
See you soon
I really enjoyed yesterday's meeting just as the last two ones! Thank you, Lily and all members. Tai-chi lecture by Moo-san was so interesting! Since I'm learning Yoga, I think I will be able to do it without any hesitation.
It is pity that I will not be able to attend the next class in April, but looking forward to meeting you all in May
I also enjoyed yesterday's meeting. Thank you to all!!
Special thank you to Moo san, I tried your forms for my sholder problem last night. It really helps me.
Other topics were also very interesting. I do think "being healthy" is not easy, but I'd like to try some of the tips I learned yesterday.
Looking forward to the next meeting "Spring Cleaning".
Also I added the May class schedule, so please check it!
I made the "Nanohana" salad today. Since my children don't like cauliflowers, I used broccolis instead. The color is, therefore, not as good as the original photo on the internet (http://allabout.co.jp/contents/sp_kafun_c/dietitian/CU20080129A/index/), but it tasted good!
I'm glad that it was indeed a good recomendation:)
