11月04日（日曜）　舞岡散策

記念すべき初イベントは、身近な自然を散策しながら英語を話す in 　横浜舞岡エリアです。　横浜の都会を離れ、昔ながらの風景が残る舞岡公園及びふるさと村を散歩します。　待ち合わせ場所の横浜市営地下鉄舞岡駅から、川沿いを歩き、舞岡公園へと歩きます。リス、かえる、へび（？！）、とかげや、様々な種類の鳥が生息する大きな自然公園です。また、敷地内にある古民家も出入り自由です。　現代の生活と、昔ながらの生活との違いを英語で話したり、コミュニケーションチャレンジをします。また、いろいろな生物の英語名も覚えられますよ。

11/04 (Sunday ) Explore Maioka
On this trip, you will have the opportunity to explore an area of Yokohama that continues to resist the encroachment of the city. Our trip will start at Maioka station, and will follow a path along a river on the edge of the city. Most of our time will be spent in Maioka park, which is a huge forested natural area with abundant wildlife including, squirrels, frogs, lizards, snakes, over 50 kinds of birds, and innumerable insects. We will also visit a traditional Japanese farm site located within the park to learn about and talk about the changes in our lifestyles.

Along the way, you will have the opportunity to participate in some communication activities and games to give you an opportunity to practice using English in a fun setting. There will also be a speaking challenge and discussion at the farm site.
