TUJ学生会によるBBQイベント！

場所：二子玉川
時間12:00〜16:00
最寄り駅: 二子新地
ルール：お酒はなし（学校のイベントなので）、参加する際にLiability Waiverってのにサインお願いしてます。怪我したり、喧嘩しても学校は責任負いませんという契約書です。現在TUJに通っている生徒の為のイベントです。
下も一応目を通してください。
Starting this Saturday (5/29) from 12:00 to 16:00 at Futako-Shinchi, the Student Government will be grilling up some chicken, beef, pork, and vegetables. If you have any food allergies, please eat at your own discretion (safety first!!!!). Several activities have been planned as well, like water balloon fights, tug-o-war and 3-legged races.
The event is free to all current students of TUJ, but you must sign a liability waiver to attend the event. Pick up your waiver from the SG office in the Student Lounge, 2nd Fl Azabu Hall. Students under the age of 20 will need a parent or guardian to sign the waiver for consent. The waiver may be sent by fax (81-3-5443-4823) or email (stu_gov@tuj.ac.jp).
On a serious note, the BBQ PARTY will be a dry event. This means that the consumption of alcohol is not allowed during the scheduled university event. Any student that is visibly drunk or seen drinking during the event will not be able to participate and will be asked to leave. A violation of the no alcohol rule will also be a violation of the Student Code of Conduct, and students would be subject to administrative repercussions.
If the BBQ PARTY is canceled due to inclement weather, the event will be scheduled at a later time. The file attached has a map to the event. Futako-shinchi station can be reached from Shibuya on the Den-en-toshi line or the Oimachi line.
