● Go for Mixed Ensemble (Shaw):
Improvisations indirectly conducted by two people playing a game of Go.
The Go players try to win the game.
The other performers listen for their number to be called by the conductor, who mediates between the otherwise disconnected events, after each move in the game and either improvises or rests relative to their current state.
即興演出の指揮は９路盤の囲碁対局に影響される。一目ずつ演出の様子がかわる。囲碁騎士は勝負しか考えてないはず。出演者は、囲碁のルールにたいして、関係ない。指揮者は世話役。指揮者は碁盤の上の碁石の場所にかんして、出演者の番号札を呼ぶ。出演者がその時の状況によって、自由に即興するか休憩するか。
● Moody Appliance (Hardy): 気まぐれ機械
Performers choose from a grid of musical motifs and concrete themes divided
into four quadrants. The quadrant is given by the number of fingers displayed by the conductor. When all of the themes and motifs have been used by all of the performers, the piece is finished.
四分円に別れているグリッドから指揮者の指の本数（１−４）の合図で一分から曲想とテーマを選んで表現する。分円の数字はどんどんかわる。ある曲想が全部使って終ったら、曲が終る。
● Constellations (Hardy): 星座
Images of constellations and other stellar arrangements drawn on Overhead Projector Film are overlaid and serve as the inspiration for performers' improvisations.
OHPフィルムに描かれた星座の絵は参加者の数に合わせて重なって、同時演出と個人的な判断で絵を音や動きの表現に訳す。
● Malt Shop (Hardy): ファミレス
The piece starts with a improvised ensemble "jam session" channelling bored 70s teenagers hanging around a soda shop. At the performers discretion each rolls two dice and begins a journey on a black-light-enhanced 3D map made of folded paper. The dice determine how far from the soda shop the performer travels and how long they stay at each location, expressing a musical motif associated with the place as well using the physical nature and social connotations of each location along the way to influence the nature of their performance. The performers will also be using the entire venue as they also physically travel to and from center stage. Eventually everyone returns back to the Soda shop and the jam session with the experiences of their travels.
ひまそうな７０年代の若者がファミレスでフリーセッションであそぶ。個人的なタイミングに双六で立体的なブラックライトに光るオリガミ地図に旅をでる。実に会場の中にも、うろうろして、地図の店や場所や地層を表現する。どこまで旅すると一軒ずつどのぐらい過ごすことは両方ともサイコロで決める。旅が終ったから、ファミレスに戻って、フリーセッションが続く。

生まれ。現在、アメリカ、イリノイ州、シカゴ存在。カーネギーメロン大学音楽院ではNancy Galbraith、Lukas Foss、
Leonardo Balada、Eduardo Alonso Crespoを師事。ノースウェスタン大学音楽院ではAmnon Wolman、Jay Alan Yim、Alan Stoutを師事。作曲をカルテット・ラティーノアメリカーノ、Butchershopカルテット、ハラ・キンテット、Soundingsが演奏、BAMFやProduceフェスティバル、カナダ全国フルート大会など各国でも演奏や放送される。ASCAP若手作曲家賞、アスペン音楽祭、トレリャ・デ・モングリ音楽祭、I-Parkから称号を受ける。作曲依頼が全米上位500社やTV会社がある。 現在、北インド古典音楽のシタールをClar Monaco、Durga Majumdar、Indrajit Banerjeeを師事。ソロ活動によりテリー・キャリアー、IRONS、Euphone、Resinator、シカゴ・スクラッチ・オーケストラ、HKM、Celestial Architectureに作曲や演奏、レコーディングに参加。

1980年代以来柔軟に多様な表現活動をおこなう。十牛図など禅思想と東アジアに興味を持ち、95年留学で初来日。96年カーネギーメロン大学アート院卒業。アメリカIT企業に勤めたのち、大幸財団の助成金で99年再来日から就職し名古屋アンダーグラウンドにて、表現者、レーベル、イベント企画、など活動中。Bill McIlvaine, Randy Purcell, Eric Kloss, Collins and Goto、Steve Kurtz、飯村隆彦、ガイ、のうしんとうを師事。

＊ 小林香代 (trombone) Kayo Kobayashi： 臼井康浩氏、松本健一氏に強い影響を受け、2010年に即興演奏を始める。2011年藤井郷子オーケストラ名古屋のメンバーとして出演。
＊ 新田みかん (trombone) Mikan Nit’ta： 吹きモノ師。愛媛県松山市出身。音楽コンサート、演劇、朗読、舞踏、などの舞台芸術において、即興演奏を軸とし、柔軟性に富んだ音楽的個性は、国内外から高く評価されている。その実力は、世界的ジャズドラマーであるフェローン•アクラフに認められ、彼の最新リーダーアルバムに参加。世界発売されている。ジャンルという概念を一瞬で中和させてしまう希代のセッションマンで
ある。
＊ 鷲見雅生 (fretless electric bass guitar) Masaki Sumi： 1978年生まれ。岐阜に結成したドゥーム＆ブギー・バンド「Junky Waltz」に参加。影響された音楽家は村井基成, 諸田コウ, 安井義博, Geezer Butler, Steve Harris, Peter Baltes。後は酒と怪獣フィギュア好き。
＊ 鈴木千博 (drums) Chihiro Suzuki： Heavy Rock Girls Band「STONEEDGE」のドラマー。70's〜90'sのHard Rock cover band「eleven」で名古屋栄のMybarで年に2,3回 "Rocka Rolla"というRock live Showを企画、ライブ活動中。吉と出るか凶と出るか乞うご期待！
＊ 古田一晴 (Projections) Is’sei Furuta： 74年狼少年牙王社結成メンバー。76年「Issei Furuta Film Day」(エイリアン)。大須実験ギャラリーAMPオープン。77年「シネマルームT&Gグループ展」。78年「Issei Furuta Film Show」(AMP)。シネマルームT&G＋究極美術研究所(FAIN)「Lift Up Odessy - 国際フィルム&ビデオ展」(AMP他)。79年「Sound Performance」(芸音)。81年「M・M・D計画」(ヤマハ)。82年「Permanent Cheese Act 1.2.」(ハックフィン)。

＊ TOMO (Dance)： Jazzダンスをベースに舞台で活躍後、サンバ、ポールダンス、エアリアルシルク、エアリアルロープを学ぶ。現在はショークラブBliss、各イベント、Jazz、サンバのインストラクターとして活躍中。ジャンルや音楽の枠に囚われない自由な表現を得意とする。

Mark Hardy was born in Hazleton, Pennsylvania in 1971. He studied at Carnegie Mellon University with Nancy Galbraith, Lukas Foss, Leonardo Balada and Eduardo Alonso Crespo and at Northwestern University with Amnon Wolman, Jay Alan Yim and Alan Stout. His compositions have been played and broadcast all over the world by groups like Cuarteto Latinoamericano, Butchershop Quartet, Hara Quintet, and Soundings and at festivals such as BAMF, Produce, and the Canadian Flute Convention. He has received the ASCAP Young Composer Award, fellowships from Aspen Music Festival, Festival de Torroella de Montgrí, and I-Park Artists’ Enclave. Past commissions have been from Nike, MTV, VH1, Nicktoons, HP and GM. He is a continuing student of the sitar and North Indian Classical Music and has studied through the Sadhana School of Indian Music with Clar Monaco, Ronuji and Durgaji Majumdar, and Indrajit Banerjee. He has produced, written music for, performed and engineered recordings by Terry Callier, Irons, Euphone, Resinator, Chicago Scratch Orchestra, HKM, Celestial Architecture, and his own solo work.
