クリエイティブコンボ：
サマンサは、まるで液体水銀のようなロックとフローのコントラストとシャープなアイソレーションで定評があります。このクラスではサマンサ独自のダイナミックなトライバル・フュージョンコンビネーションを通して、ユーモアをおまけに加えながら優雅さを体現します。グループワークでは、サマンサの様々なダンスや演劇に基づいたコンセプトをサポートに、ユニークで想像力に富んだ方法で新しい動きやコンビネーションを開発したり創り出します。見守られた環境で自分自身の旅を体験していただきます。ウォームアップとクールダウン用にヨガマットをお持ちください。

振付：
スピン、ツイスト、レイヤー、表現を盛り込んだサマンサオリジナルの振付。技術的な細かい説明からは少し離れ“踊る”ことに意識を向けます。サマンサが演劇の研究と豊富なパフォーマンス経験から学んだ秘訣とトリックを通じて、もう少し深い芸術部分に触れていきます。この踊りは、ダンサーがより良いパフォーマンスとより質の高いテクニックに関係する様々な側面を考慮することができるくらいのペースの動きです。動きやすい運動のできる服装でお越しください。ウォームアップとクールダウン用にヨガマットをお持ちください。

Creative Combo Play Suggested
Samantha is known for liquid mercury movement contrasted with sharp articulated isolations. Lock and Flow. In this class progress through her original and dynamic tribal fusion combinations embodying elegance and flair with a dash of humour thrown in for good measure. Group work is included to encourage you on your own journey in a safe environment, creating and developing new movement combinations, in unique and imaginative ways supported by Samantha’s various dance and theater based concepts.
Bring a Yoga mat for warm up and cool down.

An original choreography featuring spins, twists, layering and imagery. Moving away from technical breakdown to the payoff…DANCING… Explore a little deeper the art of performance through tips and tricks based on Samantha’s theatre studies and extensive performance experience. This dance flows at a pace, enabling the dancer to consider various aspects related to better performance and technique. Come dressed for a workout. Please bring a Yoga Mat, note book and water.
