To everyone,

How are you all? I apologise for not writing in quite some time. I hope you
are all doing well and that your respective lives are progressing as best as
you would hope. Unfortunately, my time here in Japan will soon draw to a close, but I was hoping that we may be able to catch up one last time before I leave. I will be concluding my work here in Hakuba on the 1st of April and I will head to Tokyo a few days after. I have not confirmed the exact date as of yet, but I hope to head down on an overnight bus, either on the 2nd or 3rd of April. This means I should arrive in Tokyo either on the 3rd or 4th of April. I plan to visit Disneyland on the 6th with some friends who worked here in Hakuba with me, but other than that, I am basically free. However, as I will be departing for home on the evening of the 7th, I will be staying with a friend in Chiba on that day so that I will be closer to Narita airport. As such, I was wondering if any of you would be available to meet anytime between the 3rd and 5th of April? I know that you are all busy with work and study, but if you have any free time at all it would be great to catch up. Simply please inform when and where would best suit you.

Well I am afraid that is all for now. I do hope we will be able to catch up at some point during my brief time in Tokyo, however, if it is not possible, I completely understand. I hope to hear from you all soon whatever the case.
