わたしの夫でNYCで活躍中のピアニスト、Taka Kigawaが東日本大震災の被災者の方々のためのベネフィットコンサートを４月２日（土）に行います。場所はあらゆるジャンルの音楽が集うNYCで話題のスポット(le) Poisson Rouge。曲目は現在クラッシック界において世界で活躍中の日本人作曲家の作品、日本を愛した西洋の作曲家の作品、日本人にこよなく愛されている定番の作品、と聴き応え充分です。音楽を愛する皆様、お越しいただき音楽を楽しみそして日本を応援しましょう。わたしももちろん参加します。ご一緒できますことを。収益金の全てはJapan SocietyのJapan Earthquake Relief Fundに寄付されます。

As you know, Japan is now facing the series of unprecedented, unimaginable crises. The situation there has been just dire and heartbreaking...

So, I decided to do a benefit concert for Japan. I will play the music by Dai Fujikura, Toshio Hosokawa, Hiroya Miura, Toru Takemitsu, Karen Tanaka, Chopin, Debussy, Stravinsky, etc. Tickets $25. 100% of the ticket sales goes to Japan Society's Japan Earthquake Relief Fund.

For this event, (le) Poisson Rouge very generously offered their facility and time.
