I have a International party(mainly Korean and Japanese) in Shinokubo in next to Shinjuku on Yamanote line in 21th of June.There are many people speak English,Korean,and Japanese.(Hablo espanhol un poco!)

You take a Yamanote line and get off in Shinokubo.There is only one entrance,so you go outside and cross the road.
