皆さん、あけましておめでとうございます。

さて、ＪＳＡとしての活動も最近はあまりありませんが、今月１０日、つまりはタームが始まってすぐの水曜日にStudent UnionのClub's Fairがあります。

要するに、新規会員獲得の場、と言うわけです。

詳細を文末に置いておきます。

時間は朝９時４５分から１０時までがセットアップ。そして夕方４時までとなっています。
机はFirst come First serveと言うことなので、もしＰＣ使用のために電源が欲しいなどの場合は早めに来て確保しておかなければなりません。

僕自身はおそらく、１０時から１２時、そして２時から４時の間しか参加できないので、誰か僕のいない時間に限らず、手伝える人がいればお願いします。
机の確保、そしてセットアップはお願いします。

用意するべきモノは、まずはポスター、パンフレットというかちらし、それと、イベントの写真をプリントアウトしておく・・あとはまあ、活動内容を説明できるようにしておく（これが一番難しいかも・・）などでしょうか。

トピックも立てておくので、何かした方が良いことがあれば書き込んで下さい。

ポスターなど小道具の製作を手伝える方も連絡下さい。

Some important pointers:

a) At the end of the day please clean up all
garbage around your table space, leaving the space exactly as you
found it in the morning.

b) Only 3-4 people are allowed to sit at the table. This
is to ensure that the area does not become loud or disturbing for
surrounding groups.

c) No moving/switching of tables.

d) NO music, loud electronics or excess noise is
permitted to be coming from your table at anytime.

e) Power will not be provided to the tables, however you can
scout out the area for plug outlets. Incentive to arrive early!

f) Selling Stuff: Absolutely NO FOOD can be sold at your
table. Only prepackaged foods can be distributed. Only pre-packaged
candy can given out. Tickets, apparel, etc need to be approved by the
Director before you can sell them.
