Michal Ruzicka, aka DJ Schwa, became engaged in music at the age of 14, thanks to his father, who is also a musician himself as well as an owner of a recording studio in Prague. In 2004 Michal, along with DJ Slater, started working on the first Czech progressive label and by the end of the year "Tribal Vision Records" was born. Schwa's sets are not strictly one style oriented; he combines electronic sounds that progressively flow from deeper-tribal-prog with electro and breaks elements to minimal and techhouse rhythms. Schwa's unique mixing and track selection has resulted in a particularly massive following throughout Japan, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, France, Austria, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Slovakia and Australia.
Michal is also part of a new Sydney based electronic project called, "Shades of Gray", with Nick West and has also supported Djs/projects such as: Gui Boratto, Minilogue, Extrawelt, D-Nox, Propellerheads, Alex Smoke, Antix, Orbital, Chemical brothers, Steve Angello, Deepchild, Kasey Taylor, Future Sounds of London, System 7, Paul Van Dyk and more.

BEE Japan (Bicycle for Everyone's Earth) is a group of international members that promotes environmental awareness and green living in Japan. Its main event is the annual 2-3 month BEE ride, begining in August, from the northern most island of Japan to the southern most. BEE`s educational activities contribute to a deep awareness, in both children and adults, of the extent to which our daily lives effect the ecosystems in which we live. Many topics are covered, but the focus is on bio-interconnectivity, forest destruction, over consumption, and renewable energy sources (human, wind, and solar).
