What's New: Le Club opens in San FranciscoLaura Compton, Chronicle Staff Writer Wednesday, March 5, 2008 Le Club has been reincarnated - again - in its former apartment house digs that went on to house Charles Nob Hill and C&L Steakhouse. The exclusive venture from restaurateur Gina Milano and producer Todd Traina opened over the weekend. Chef Bob Cina's (formerly of Chez Henri in Cambridge, Mass.) food pays tribute to Continental favorites, such as fondue, steak tartare and baked Alaska. The four-room restaurant has just 36 seats in the dining room and about 20 in the billiards room/lounge, so it's reservation only. The 14 classic cocktails include the Knob Hill and Golden Gate Sunset.
